GO Telecom (Etihad Atheeb) has announced its consolidated financial results for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025, revealing exceptional financial and operational performance with strong growth across all key performance indicators.

According to the published results, GO Telecom recorded a net profit of SAR 223 million for the fiscal year, reflecting a 14% increase compared to the previous year. This strong performance was primarily driven by a 44% surge in revenues, which reached SAR 1.462 billion, and a 41% growth in gross income, which totaled SAR 431 million. The company also reported an operating profit of SAR 229 million—an increase of 15% year-over-year.

Commenting on the results, Dr. Eissa bin Yaslam Ba’aissa, Chairman of the Board, stated:
"These positive results reflect the continued evolution in GO Telecom’s financial and operational performance. They reinforce investor confidence and support our ambition to solidify the company’s position as a leading provider of telecommunications and ICT solutions in the Kingdom, in line with its focus on innovation and digital transformation."

Mr. Yahya bin Saleh Al Mansour, CEO of GO Telecom, added:
"These achievements are the result of our clear strategy for sustainable growth and expansion. We remain committed to continuously developing our network and services to meet market expectations, with customer experience at the heart of all our initiatives. Our strategic steps this year included both local and regional expansion, the establishment of subsidiaries, and forging high-impact partnerships in areas such as digital transformation and artificial intelligence."

During the fiscal year, GO Telecom marked several strategic milestones, including the establishment of GO Solutions, a closed joint-stock company fully owned by the group with a capital of SAR 20 million. The new company received preliminary approval from the Saudi Central Bank to operate in the field of micro consumer financing.

The group also completed the acquisition of a 51% majority stake in Ejad Tech, a leading Saudi digital transformation company. This strategic acquisition aims to strengthen the Group’s capabilities in emerging technologies such as AI, cloud computing, and the Internet of Things (IoT), and to expand its portfolio of digital services with innovative solutions tailored to both local and regional markets.

On the regional front, GO Telecom signed a memorandum of understanding with the Syrian Ministry of Communications and Technology to deliver integrated digital solutions that support the country’s digital transformation. This initiative forms part of the Group’s broader strategy to expand its presence in Arab markets as a comprehensive provider of advanced telecom and technology solutions, including AI, IoT, and digital platforms.

As part of its commitment to emerging technologies, GO Telecom also announced a strategic partnership with the organization AI 2030 to establish its Saudi branch—aimed at promoting responsible and effective use of artificial intelligence across the Kingdom.

These accomplishments reflect GO Telecom’s vision to reinforce its role as a key digital enabler in the ICT sector, both locally and regionally, while contributing to the growth of the digital economy and supporting the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

The company’s Board of Directors has also issued a recommendation to the General Assembly to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the fiscal year ending March 31, 2025—underscoring GO Telecom’s ongoing commitment to rewarding shareholders and sharing the benefits of its growth.

GO Telecom concluded by reaffirming its dedication to driving sustainable growth and enhancing operational efficiency through clear strategies and well-planned investments—further strengthening its market position and long-term value for shareholders.
