Do you face slowness in your internet connection?
Follow below steps:
1 - Do Speed test via the following link http://speedtest.go.com.sa/
2 - Restart the device, wait 10 seconds, then test the speed again
3- If slowness issue still exists, Restart your device , Press Reset button for 30 seconds
4 -If slowness issue still exists, please contact customer service at 17777 and prepare the speed test readings
